What the Warranty Covers

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Proof of Purchase: Provide a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase.

  3. Assessment: We may require that you send the product to us for assessment. Shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the owner.

  4. Service: If the claim is validated, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms.

Limitations of Liability

If the product is replaced, the replacement product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
