Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for any reason up to 24 hours after placing it with no penalty. If the order has already been dispatched, you must wait for delivery and follow the return process described below.

  • Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Please note that you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.


Refund Policy

  • General Conditions: To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items.

  • Receipt of Goods: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@myaccess.com and send your item to our return address.

Shipping Returns

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
